GP20 Plastic Shredder

The 3devo GP20 Plastic Shredder is designed to efficiently break down plastic waste into smaller, manageable flakes. This equipment supports recycling efforts by enabling easy processing and reuse of plastic materials, reducing waste volume, and improving material consistency for further recycling or manufacturing. Its compact size and user-friendly operation make it ideal for implementing sustainable practices and promoting a circular economy by turning plastic scrap into valuable raw material.

4 Tonne Vertical Compactor

The V4 is our compact powerhouse that’s become a favourite among fast-food giants and busy kitchens. Tailor-made for bustling environments like restaurants and busy commercial kitchens. Its sleek footprint allows for strategic indoor placements, bringing waste management right where it’s most efficient – close to the source. The V4 has a footprint similar to a standard residential wheelie bin! Designed for businesses with consistent waste streams, the V4 deftly handles materials like cardboard, plastic, textile, and paper.

E-Baler Cardboard & Plastic

Suitable for both cardboard and plastic, the low height and low physical footprint of the E219 means that it can be installed in tight locations such as storerooms or unpacking areas.

It is powered by 3-phase electricity without using hydraulics and operates quietly. The wide door opening and optimal loading height mean it can handle medium-sized boxes as well as multiple materials to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.

A509 Cardboard & Plastic Baler

The A509 compacts a wide variety of recyclable waste and with the adjustable bale size it can adapt to different situations and materials. With a wide opening and spacious pressing chamber, the A509 is able to handle bulky materials and large volumes.

With plastic bales up to 300kg – an automated bale out mechanism is a must, and the A509 has a two-handed system that lives up to the EN16500 safety standard
