Description
The Strautmann AutoLoadBaler is a semi-automatic vertical baler designed to streamline cardboard and paper recycling in retail, distribution and commercial facilities. Its automated loading system reduces manual handling, improves workplace safety and significantly cuts the time required for waste processing. The machine produces dense, marketable bales that reduce storage and transport requirements while generating higher-value recyclable material streams.
Operating Principles
Material is collected in ergonomic loading trolleys and wheeled directly to the baler. At the press of a button, the trolley automatically unloads via a lifting floor and rotor feed system, transferring material into the press chamber. The machine then compacts the material using a 530 kN pressing force to create dense bales weighing approximately 400 kg. Automatic loading eliminates pre-shredding and pre-compaction, reducing labour, improving safety and delivering faster recycling operations.
