Description
The WEIMA TH 714 is a high-performance briquetting press designed for businesses generating significant volumes of recyclable production residues. It converts wood waste, paper, plastics, biomass and light metals into dense, uniform briquettes that are easier to store, transport and market. The enclosed system reduces dust emissions, improves housekeeping and lowers disposal costs while creating a valuable recycled product suitable for reuse, recovery or sale.
Operating Principles
Material is fed from a hopper via a screw conveyor into a pre-compaction chamber before being hydraulically compressed into high-density 70 mm round briquettes. The machine uses precision-controlled clamp technology and automated cylinder movement to ensure consistent briquette quality and reliable operation. Its modular design supports integration into existing production processes and can be configured for varying throughput requirements. The result is substantial volume reduction, improved material handling and reduced transport and storage costs.
