Description
The EREMA INTAREMA TVEplus is an advanced plastics recycling and pelletising system designed for processing contaminated, heavily printed and moisture-laden plastic materials. It combines filtration, homogenisation and high-performance degassing in a single process to produce high-quality recycled pellets suitable for reuse in manufacturing. The system helps businesses recover valuable plastic resources, reduce waste disposal costs and increase recycled content in finished products.
Operating Principles
Plastic waste is automatically fed into EREMA's patented cutter-compactor, where it is further shredded, heated, dried, homogenised and pre-compacted. The material passes through the extruder, where it is plasticised, filtered and degassed using the TVEplus process. Final melt homogenisation and high-performance degassing remove contaminants, moisture and gases before pelletising. The Counter Current technology improves material intake, throughput and process stability while producing premium recycled pellets.
