The Evashred Tyre Debeader is used to extract the steel beads from car and truck tyres prior to shredding. The steel can be sold to scrap metal dealers and the tyres can be recycled by shredding, then granulation, then separation and finally granule sizing. Extracting the steel beads prior to shredding prolongs the shredder’s blades and makeS steel and fabric separation easier further down the recycling line.
