Biogrinder

The BHS Biogrinder is used in the processing of biomass for biogas generation. The machine achieves intensive mechanical pre-processing of the energy crops, thus accelerating the gas yield and stabilizing the entire fermentation process. The Biogrinder is built for continuous operation, has a rugged design and is easy to operate and maintain.

The result is a homogeneously shredded, flaky and well-defibrated substrate with a large particle surface. This significantly accelerates gas production by micro-organisms in the fermenter. Even feed materials that are considered difficult or impossible to recycle can be processed, providing access to low-priced raw materials. Other advantages include reduced agitator use and a reduction of floating layers.

Self Propelled Compost Turner

Compost windrow turners are used to mix and stir compost material in commercial composting operations. Compost turners, sometimes called windrow turners, are designed to traverse trapezoidal windrows. There are front loader mounted turners where the operator simply drives close alongside the pile and the turner picks the material up, mixes it, then deposits it behind the machine. Self Propelled Compost Turners are straddle machines that work just as their name implies by passing over the compost rows with the compost underneath the machine.

The SPC compactors β€œabsorb” everything: domestic and office refuse, packing materials, crates, tins foam plastics etc. These machines are preferred, due to their design, simple operation and are favoured amongst most shopping malls
