Operations
Description The Strautmann JumboLoadBaler is a semi-automatic baling system designed for efficient compaction of bulky packaging and recyclable materials. Its large feed opening and automatic bale chamber loading reduce handling requirements, improve productivity and minimise waste transport and storage costs. Installed close to waste generation points, it streamlines recycling operations while producing dense, marketable bales suitable for collection and recovery.
Operating Principles Materials are loaded manually or automatically into the large feed chute. A feed unit transports material to a rotor, where it is pre-compacted and moved into the bale chamber. Once the chamber is full, the machine automatically begins the compaction cycle using a 600 kN press force. Bales are manually tied and hydraulically ejected for storage or sale. The process eliminates pre-shredding, reduces labour and handling time, and improves overall recycling efficiency.
