Operations
Description
Shredding and magnetic band to shred timber waste and remove metal such as nails, screws and staples. This system is ideal for shredding dismantled pallets, cabinetry, timber building waste that can then be reprocessed as a biomass fuel or for landscaping.
Operating Principles
Shredder has a slow moving rotor (70 rpm) that shreds material and screens it to required fraction size. Screen size can be changed to suit chip fraction size required. Outfeed belt conveyor required to take away shredded material. Magnetic band separator available to remove foreign metal objects
