Description
Reverse Vending Machine to collect and sort rigid containers (e.g. beverage containers) into pure material fractions and then compact for optimised storage / logistics. It also provides consumers with various incentive options (rewards, vouchers, loyalty points, prizes etc) to recycle. Finally it also offers opportunities for brand or product marketing and advertising, and generating customer loyalty. Suited for large volumes.
Operating Principles
The T83 RVM improves both quality and quantity of recycling. It sorts containers into pure saleable material streams, while rejecting contamination, ensuring highest value recyclate and it compacts, flakes or crushes containers for optimum logistics. It provides incentives for use to build maximum recycling volumes.
The T83 is suited to high throughput volumes - e.g. up to around 6,000 containers per day.
