Description
Uses state of the art technology to process Loose EPS (known as Polystyrene) wastes into solid blocks – This machine uses a compaction ratio of 100:1 and the capacity to process up to 25m³ / hour of loose EPS generating solid blocks weighing approximately 140-170kg...This machine has a silo and conveyor system which designs for larger and faster processing.

Operating Principles
A very simple one touch (ON/OFF) operation.
Feed loose EPS (Polystyrene) into the hopper – The machine will then automatically processes all the EPS (Polystyrene) into lumps of rock hard solids – The solids are ready to bag or stack onto a pallet ready for container loading.
