Operations
Description
The SHKR-100C is specially designed to recycle Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) wastes. This machine is built with an extra large conveyor and dual crusher to process EPE/EPS wastes. The compaction ratio for this machine is 90:1.
Operating Principles
The Loose EPE is fed onto the conveyor. The machine then crushes the EPE/EPS and extrudes the products in the form of sausages which becomes hard solid at room temperature.
