Description
The bottle crusher machine is designed to crush glass bottles generated in pubs, mine sites, marine vessels, restaurants and clubs. The machines are available in two models, the Compact Bar and the SpaceSaver.
Operating Principles
The operator inserts the bottle into the opening of the machine which is then crushed and the cullet collected into a recepticle.
The machines reduce the volume of empty bottles by 80% thus minimizing the number of bins required for disposal and reducing waste to landfill. The bottle crusher machines process up to 3000 bottles per hour and are ideal for premises with large volumes of bottles. The crushed byproduct can be used to manufacture new bottles.
